Please join the UCSF Carol Franc Buck Breast Care Center in Taste for the Cure, an informational community event to complement patient care. This is a day of exploring food, science, and breast health. Along with breast care panels, join us for science and cooking demonstrations, health food tastings, and updates on trials and programs available through the Breast Care Center. This educational event is free and open to all.

Are you tired of struggling with worry, sadness, or fear? Are you having difficulty getting back into your life? 

Learn how to use mindfulness and psychological flexibility to make satisfying choices and commit to personal values. 

This is a 7-week psychotherapy program for cancer patients and survivors, focusing on learning and practicing strategies based upon acceptance and commitment therapy.
